Reflections – November 2009

In November:

  • We went to see Lily Allen at the NIA in Birmingham.
  • I made Parkin.
  • I made another of my Lists of Many To-Dos.
  • Our club had a sock toy workshop.
  • I watched Being Human season 1 finally.
  • I learned some new things about Guy Fawkes.
  • I started my I Heart Tumblr feature which will be back in February.
  • I started my 20 second reviews feature – more of these coming soon until I have caught up with our current rentals.]
  • I started my Poll of the Week feature which will not be back due to the overwhelming lack of interest!
  • I went to see Annie on the stage with my good pal, Zoë.
  • My club went to the Vintage and Handmade Fair in Chipping Sodbury and I spent a fortune.
  • I wrote my first essay for my Children’s Literature module.
  • I got some craftin’ done.
  • I blogged everyday of the month for NaBloPoMo (hence the new regular features!).
  • Our good friends Claire and Neil had a baby boy called Riley (thanks for the kick, Claire!)
  • My friend Michelle had a baby boy, Henry.
  • Rich’s sister and her husband had a little girl, Poppy.

About Kate
