Last night, I was sitting browsing Twitter while Rich melted his face playing Guitar Hero. @zap2itdotcom posted a tweet which linked to their article about Manolo Blahnik’s rather ungrateful position on his shoes’ popularity thanks to Carrie Bradshaw. It appears that this bad attitude has already been repaid by Sex and The City 2 turning to the king of all shoes (in my eyes), Christian Louboutin. This brought to mind an episode of Dollhouse I watched today (my DVD set arrived – woo!). Echo had been imprinted with a persona of a slick, hostage expert and she wore a gorgeous black suit complete with pencil skirt and a slamming pair of Christian Louboutins.
Determined to ruin my day, I took a quick squiz online to see how much a pair of those babies would set me back. That is when I found these.
With respectable and almost certainly manageable 3.5 inch heels, these are not the towering beauties which Eliza Dushku wore but they are damned pretty. No, not pretty; sexy as hell. I just asked Rich if I could have a pair and he said sure, but then no new laptop, not that I was planning on getting one right away but my DVD drive has died and new one will be needed eventually. Still it’s very tempting…
Of course, I can’t spend £440 on a pair of shoes. That’s just madness.

Oh those are lovely. I’d love a pair, but would never wear them cause I wouldn’t want to get them dirty!
(Also, I did not install the Net A Porter app on my iPhone just so I could perv at pretty shoes while on the bus. No, not at all…)
Ha! Superb…
sex and the city is one of the best movies , this is just my oppinion tough.
