s Healthy Appetite

Tonight our friend Phil came for dinner.  I cooked my old faithful starter – Prawn Pil Pil a la my dad and then Rich chose a yummy main course from Gordon Ramsey’s recipe book Healthy Appetite – Mango, Avocado and Smoked Chicken salad.  It was very nice although I didn’t have the recipe with me so I didn’t realise it needed cooked smoked chicken – I just bought normal raw chicken.  I cooked it in the pan I used for the prawn pil pil which gave the chicken a lovely garlic and chilli flavour.  I will definitely be making this recipe again.
